Pro clubs failed to save club settings

I would like to report the issue I’m experiencing, I tried to change the facilities of my club, the game was keeping showing “failed to save club settings”, which leads me can’t save any settings, this also happened when I tried to change the name of my club, I checked the community some people said it could be helpful to remove players’ sleeve, I tried so but it was not working. is there anyone have a clue?
