problem after Update 1.4 EA FC 26

i got problem after new update, first i update my squad, and it show T.Fletcher, my lilttle brother suddenly choose to reset all the player, I had to download again the new squad, This time T.fletcher is gone from the MU Squad, It only show J.Fletcher

how to fix it? i already tried the verify file method, and then clear cache steam, then download the squad update, its still not showing T.Fletcher

please help!
