I am not a moderator, but you just have to delete it nothing happens it says data will be lost but my data wasn’t lost
What actually happened is that I can’t see my username.
Instead of it, I see the number 1.
And it doesn’t let me log in.
I tried doing a Repair, and I also tried deleting the game.
I even deleted the EA App data.
I went to human support — spoke with several agents, and none of them managed to help me.
Now it has been forwarded to the team related to the servers.
I hope they find a solution, this is really, really depressing
