Problem with connecting to the game and problem with ea music and comentator

On-line and offline, in Kick Off and Career Player mode, the match audio plays only stadium sounds and EA FC music, but no commentator. Restarting the game and console does not fix the issue. It seems like a bug. Could you please advise a fix or escalate this to the development team?
