Problem with the Dynamic Distributor Evolution

I threw my Wilson Isidor into the dynamic Distributor Evolution (for the second time) and instantly the evolution disappeared, the player isn't in the "my evolutions" tab, but it still says the playe...

I also have this issue , rather annoying now as I wanted to chain Evo my player and with other evos expiring I can't select my player as they are apparently in an active Evo which isn't even there
