Problemmmmmmmmmm

I opened a pack in Ultimate Team and received an Evolution item.

When I press "Use Item", I get a server error.

Now I cannot open any other packs because the Evolution item is stuck.

This happens on console, Companion App and Web App.

Please reset or remove the stuck Evolution item.
