Proclub disconnect mid game

It’s been almost 2 months experiencing this issue. Me and my teammates Getting disconnected mid game multiple times in a row(An error has occurred, and you are no longer synced with the online match)

.We can’t find where the problem is . We chose the recommended server and everything , everybody is in the US . It’s been non stop can anyone help ? It’s annoying we can’t enjoy the game anymore
