PS Plus Icon Pack not appearing after claim

Bit of an odd one Poolaad​ as not seeing other reports of this.

When you claimed the pack, did you do so on your own account and that is the primary account with an active PS+ membership?

If you check your purchase history, does it show as purchased?

Let me know the above and we'll take it from there.

I have the same issue. I have just purchased a ps plus subscribtion, and I says I have purchased the icons pack, but it dos not appear when I go in to Ultimate Team on my PS5

Me too i purchased my pack a couple of days ago it still hasn't been reedemed yet i see in my purchase history it has been purchased

Doesn’t work for me. I tried to restart and reinstall the game didn’t work. The pack shows in my purchases history
