PS5 – Commentary + EA SPORTS intro audio completely missing (VO channel bug)

My commentator was suddenly cut off during a match. And now even the intro "EA SPORTS ITS IN THE GAME" sound is gone. Tried several troubleshooting in game and for PS5 nothing worked. 

Tried:

– Full reinstall

– Power cycle PS5

– Audio output reset (Linear PCM)

– Disable 3D Audio

– Controller mic muted

– Commentary language reinstall

– Cloud save deletion.
