I have got a problem with the Quaresma card hero.
I bought the card on the transfer market and he was in my team . After every few games, he disappers and can be found in the quick sell recovery section. However, you can only retrieve it maximal 5 times per 30 days.
Can you please fix that bug ? I retrieved it already 3 times. 2 more times and the card will be not accessible any more.
Normally it should not be in the quicksell section.
I bought a base hero quaresma from the transfer market and played a game of division rivals with the card as normal , I then play rush from 3 games , go back to my squad and club and my quaresma has just disappeared, will he be put back into my club?
This has just happened to me , I buy him and play 1 match, then I play some rush and when i go back to my squad he was just missing , will this be fixed?

Packed 85 Quaresma and for no reason the Player got robbed from my Account
I was playing with Quaresma and had put him in an evolution and went into a game and the game crashed and when I went back into the game he had been deleted and the evolution was also not available anymore.
any idea whats happened?
Same issue for me, packed him a couple hours ago. I send him to club and now he’s gone..

Same issue here.. i buyed the 1500fc point tradeable pack and got his base hero card, send it to the club, now hes gone...

I packed Ricardo Quaresma's base card this evening and it wasn't saved to my club. I'm assuming it's a bug as he's not live?
Can you resend the card?
