I have got a problem with the Quaresma card hero.
I bought the card on the transfer market and he was in my team . After every few games, he disappers and can be found in the quick sell recovery section. However, you can only retrieve it maximal 5 times per 30 days.
Can you please fix that bug ? I retrieved it already 3 times. 2 more times and the card will be not accessible any more.
Normally it should not be in the quicksell section.
Same with me, bought him for 375k yesterday, has since disappeared.
Tried one recovery attempt and he went straight back here.
Mines the same here. 375k and an Evo lost.
Same problem for me I packed him Sunday morning, we need a fix ASAP. I currently have 2 out of 5 recoveries used on it. Scared to use more incase I fully lose access to the player.
I’ve seen it mentioned a few times but would like to raise more awareness.
On Sunday morning I packed base UT hero Quaresma, after the confetti popped and I seen his card pop up; when the full contents of the pack loaded up he weren’t there. There was just 11 players rather than the 12 we would usually receive in a prime gold players pack.
Later that day, by chance I checked my quicksell recovery section and there he was. I’ve now wasted 2 out of my 5 monthly recoveries trying to get him back only for him to be immediately discarded again. I’m worried if I keep trying I will run out of recoveries and will then have no chance of retrieving the item.
I hope this can be sorted ASAP as he’s one of the players I’m most looking forward to evolving and using as he was a favourite of mine IRL.
Exact same with me, happening with the 3 new heroes added, needs to be fixed asap.
Is there any update on that issue or fix ? I really would like to evolve that card if possible

Not just you, there's lots of people if you search through the threads. I put two evos on him already and then this happened couple hours later.
Wasted one recovery, won't risk another.
