Reaching the limit on buy/bid

After I completed all the objectives to unlock the transfer market and waited for 24 hours, I sell only one player then I received a message that I reached the limit on buy/bid in the transfer market and in 24 hours it will be available to use, I received this message one month ago and still have this issue until now, I can buy players but I can’t sell, this is a bug that the develop team should solve.
