27 times same thing we had to quit over 89 times at least because of that can't open transfer market and EA support team advisor are a joke as they say it's the controller or need update and it's your own fault for quitting 

We played over 200 game now and got nowhere through this glitch or bug 

I added the video but can't seem to attach so few snap shots and if look I'm now I'm division 8 from 6 and no transfer market this is not helping me with mental health the advisors say keep playing on my and grandson one ????
