Hello, I am unable to redeem evolution or open packs in Ultimate Team.
I keep getting error: “There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers”.
I already tried restart game, console restart, companion app, SBC trick but issue still continues for more than 15 hours.
Please check my account and remove stuck item or reset Ultimate

Bro I’ve been facing this for 3 weeks it’s server bugged evolution that’s stuck in the rewards section EA and its customer care are useless because this needs to be cleared from their side but every time I tell them this they still try to give me ways to fix it from my side(which is not possible) you are not alone buddy the customer care people just keep transferring us because they don’t know how to fix this bug and they’re too lazy to create a file for your account to be flagged and checked
I’ve tried everything all troubleshoot and work through nothing will remove this evolution even companion app and web enhancer will give errors when trying to claim or apply it. They released a terrible game with bugs that they cannot fix
