Ref and AI opponent

The Ref never gives red cards out to the AI, and the AI def is lacking sliding tackels.

I love this game, but we need more realistic def and ref.

I have startet a manager career and played over 20 games, not once have I seen the AI making a sliding tackle or seen the ref giving the AI a red card (my ref option is on strict/hard)

Please fix this...
