Repeated Issue: Wins Not Counted After Opponent Rage Quit (EA Sports FC 26)

Dear EA Support Team,

I am reporting a serious and recurring issue in EA Sports FC 26 that is significantly affecting my experience.

This problem has happened multiple times, but recently it became much worse. Within approximately 10 consecutive matches in Seasons mode, I experienced 4 matches where my opponents quit (rage quit) while I was clearly leading by a large score.

However, none of these matches were counted as wins.

This is extremely frustrating and unfair, as I lost around 12 points in a single season due to these matches not being recorded. This directly affects my progress and ranking.

- Issue: Opponent quits, but the match is not counted as a win

- Frequency: 4 times within a short period
