Report a Visual Bug
Hello EA Support Team,
I would like to report a visual bug that I found in EA Sports FC 26 on PlayStation 5.
Platform: PlayStation 5
Game Mode: Online Seasons
Description:
When both players choose the same club (for example, Real Madrid), the game correctly assigns different kits for the match (e.g., one team wears the white home kit and the other wears the blue away kit).
However, when the away team scores a goal, the goal scorer animation displays the player wearing the wrong kit. For example, if the away team is wearing the blue kit and Kylian Mbappé scores, the celebration graphic shows him wearing the white home kit instead of the blue kit that he is actually wearing during the match.
This appears to be a visual issue with the goal scorer overlay or celebration animation.
Steps to reproduce:
- Start an Online Seasons match.
- Both players select the same club (e.g., Real Madrid).
- The game assigns different kits to each team.
- Have the away team score a goal.
- Observe that the goal scorer is shown wearing the home kit instead of the away kit.
Expected Result:
The goal scorer should be displayed wearing the same kit that their team is wearing during the match.
Actual Result:
The goal scorer is displayed wearing the incorrect kit (the home kit) even though the team is wearing the away kit in the match.
