Request to correct level 40 - EA Fc 26

Hi all,

Got a problem. Reached lv. 40 but didn't get the rewards from lv. 39 and 40. 

Only got those crap packs, not the players like Rodrygo.

Is it possible, that i will still get those ? If not i'll never ever waste my money for the season pass or my time again for ea fc for sure.

When claimimg all was given no option to pick beween packs or players yet again 2nd season in a row wanted 85x3 got lozano i dont want cheers EA

Do someone knows a e-mail to get this right?

I purchased the premium pass this season and grinded with the sole purpose of playing with the new Rodrygo card. I got a bunch of SP at once when completing the pass today, and went ahead and claimed all, not paying attention to what I was claiming. I had no idea that there were multiple choice options at the very end of the pass where there were basically none, and multiple places where you just got both items displayed, through the rest of the pass. I thought I was just supposed to go ahead and hold square to claim my rewards as usual. After opening all the packs that came with completing the last few levels of the premium pass, I went over to build out my Brazil team, restarting the game, looking for anywhere that my new Rodyrgo card was stuck. I am furious to realize I cannot get the card now. Why all of a sudden the decision was made to add a "this or that" option ONLY at the VERY END of a month long grind is BAFFLING. I want that card. I will not play another minute of this game without it. This is obviously poor UI design and I paid for the pass with that card in mind specifically. PLEASE help me.

I recently hit level 40 for the paid season rewards, I was excited to try both Lozano and Rodrygo.

However, once selecting Lozano for my first reward I was just automatically given the packs from the Rodrygo choice section?

I am not sure if this is the same bug as season 1 but I was just automatically given packs and had no chance to even pick Rodrygo....

Normally I wouldn't care too much, however, I am the least interested in packs I have ever been as it is basically impossible to pack anyone decent, and have been looking forward to Rodrygo all month.

This game and this game mode continue to present bugs and silly hoops to constantly jump through just to be able to even play the game - not sure how much more I can take, i just love football and collecting cards...

Praying for compensation similar to those who were stuffed around last season.

Please help EA!

I finally reached level 40 of the season pass and the reason I bought the pass is to get rodrygo as i'm a fan of the player and real Madrid hence why I was grinding the pass, eventually I reach lvl 40, went to get the card and the game doesn't even give me the option to choose between the pack or rodrygo, it claims the pack no confirmations or anything, I don't want the pack, I wanted rodrygo, can you fix this?

I even didn't hold to claim all so I can make sure to choose rodrygo card

After this I close the game, hoping it won't save this bug that occurred but it did and then gave me a message upon entering UT which you can see attached (automatically claimed or added or w/e)

I left the pack unopened so you can remove it and give me the rodrygo card

Still no response from EA on this. Your game is flawed and people deserve the rewards they payed for and rightfully earned. 

Hi EA,

I’m also having an issue where on my account the pack has been claimed instead of Rodrygo level 40 without even realising. Please can the contents of the pack be replaced with a Rodrygo that I grinded hard for the last few weeks. I bought the premium pass just for him :( 

I hope you can solve this and help me fix what was genuinely a mistake. 

I grinded all the way to level 40 just to get Rodrygo. When i was collecting level 40 it accidently chose the pack without confirming the selection. Now i was writing with the ea support but they said they cant help i have to write my problem here. 
I didnt open the Pack and hope Ea can help me by switching the pack with rodrygo
