Community ManagerSo far we couldn’t confirm any issue with the reward selection. A short video showing the exact steps you took would have really helped the team better understand what was happening.
I just commented that the UI is so unclear compared to the bundled rewards that it may have been User error, but no "are you sure this is the choice you'd like" or ANY clear UI indicating a choice versus bundled rewards had me so confused that I SHUT MY PLAYSTATION off thinking the game or servers glitched while looking for the card in my club. Therefore, I couldn't have recorded the gameplay footage. If I had bought the game early enough to run into this terrible season rewards system last season, maybe I would have known to be more cautious in checking if the VERY LAST reward was a choice or a bundle, when the entirety of the rest of the season pass was ONLY BUNDLED.
But with the amount of people who also got screwed out of Tomori last season, I am struggling to understand how much proof you guys need that this system is garbage and screwing over people who have payed and can no longer get their desired rewards.
