I haven't gotten any bounty while playing rivals matches for 3 weeks, and still haven't gotten any, even if I lose or win, no bounties appear
what is the issue ?

We’ve checked on our side, and we’re not seeing any active issues that would prevent new Rivals bounties from appearing.
Bounties are intended as randomly triggered challenges.
If you keep not seeing any new ones, please share with us the information below, including a precise timestamp of the last time you saw one.

Timestamp date & time of the last time you saw a Bounty: can’t precisely say when it was as its been nearly 2 months, the bounties are supposed to “randomly” trigger but they are not triggering at all, I believe it started when you didn’t relegate us from elite - which also seemed unusual and bugged 2 seasons ago
hmm, it might be a bug caused by people who were in Elite at that time to not be relegated. i was in elite that time aswell and ever since that season began i haven't seen a bounty since. great shout!
is there any follow up on this? its been 2 weeks and still nothing happened...
it is another month later now, as you can see in the comments this is clearly something that is affecting just elite ranked players in rivals.
