Rival entered a bug and wins losed

When i was play in rivals yesterday at 11 pm i won all my games.After my thirth win the game enter a bug. The game didnt turn the rivals main menu.i hade to close all game.after that the game diciade to my lose and down my level.i m opened the rivals again an it did again. İ want my wins and titels back .
