Ich habe bei mehreren Flash-Events im Rivals modus die Bedingung erfüllt, die Belohnung wie z.B. 81+ player pack oder quali-Punkte nicht erhalten. (Musste für das 81+ pack bspw. mit einem TOTW-Spieler spielen und habe das gemacht).

Same error happened to me yesterday. Played some Rivals, and for one game I was supposed to play with a TOTW. I did, but then, when the game was finished, didn't get the reward for that specific flash event.
I'm on PC.
LE: I just watched TheFutAccountant playing live Rivals right now, and also didn't get his flash event reward.
