Rivals/General Bug

I spend so much money on fifa points. On the game. But of course, none of that matters when you’re not being provided with a working game. I’m in the middle of a rivals game whilst in a 6 game winning streak 3-0 up and then substitutions are brought on and I’m stuck in a POV looking at the crowd from the sidelines.

I want an answer for this cause it’s an actual joke. I’ve spent roughly £300 already on FIFA points and thousands in previous years and this is what I get? What a joke.

I have a video that will not attach that I am happy to provide if given a way to do so. But I want an answer on this.
