RTTF CHAMPIONS CUP Wins Not Counting

Same problem. Support just tells me to post it in the forum and wait until a solution is found. Apparently, no one cares that we're being denied the chance to get this card.

I won 7 games in the rttf league and claimed the objective. Then I played the rest of the games, so I have 12 games in order to unlock the other cup as well, but the objective doesn‘t count because you can only complete one of them. I‘d like to play both cups or are you supposed to only be able to play one cup?

Same here i have won 8 and still didn't open

I have 6 win in the rttf league, with 3 games remaining. So the 7 games to qualify for the rttf champions cup is very possible. But because people disconnect on purpose, i already have 12 games played, so now I'm qualified for the rttf competitors cup. So now I'm going to miss out on all the better rewards. Does anyone else have this problem.

Hi EA Team,

I am experiencing a progression tracking bug that is preventing me from entering the RTTF Champions Cup.

As you can see in the first attached screenshot, my Event Status for the RTTF League clearly shows that I have achieved 7 Wins and 6 Losses.

However, when I try to enter the RTTF Champions Cup, the entry requirement tracker is stuck at 6/7 wins, and the game is locking me out of the event (shown in the second screenshot).

Additional context: During my run, I was disconnected from one of the matches (which resulted in one of the 6 losses). I suspect this disconnection might have caused the objective tracker to desync with my actual win count.

Could you please look into this issue and fix my account so I can participate in the Champions Cup? I have attached the screenshots as proof.

Same here. I was hoping it was a bug that would be fixed because I have read several other users with this issue last night..
