S4 and S3 Icons and Heroes Missing

Still missing content for manager career mode that I and others have earned and paid for in regards to Season 3 and Season 4. Rooney in season 3 was shown as one of the unlocks but nowhere to be found. Gullit and Matthaus were supposed to be playable in season 4 but never “unlocked” and now are completely gone from the list. I hope this is being looked into and we will be receiving ALL the content we earned through our time and money.
