SCULPT TO DEFINE FACE BUG

Whenever I try to edit my face creation in ea fc 26 clubs and save my changes, the face glitches and turns into the define version of the face. Why is this happening? How can I fix it. Its extremely annoying and I dont see many people dealing with this problem.
