Season pass - claim rewards not credited to my account

Just purchased the season pass and tried to claim the premium rewards. 10k coins did not credit to my account even though the bundle is shown as "claimed" and also duplicate players from the premium pack rewards of the season pass disappeared instead of going to the SBC storage. Anyone know how to recover the missing content?
