season pass and world game

I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this, but when I try to access the season pass or the World Game achievements, the game freezes completely and I can't claim the rewards from the pass or the World Game achievement. This has been happening since before the season pass even started, and it's very annoying because I can't progress in the pass.
