Season Pass Icons Not Working

I have bought the season pass every season simply so I can unlock all the icons for career mode. Despite reaching the right level in every season, Rooney is still missing (season 3 level 19) and Gullit and Matthau still are locked as well (season 4). 

I paid to he able to unlock them and despite numerous complaints and people raising it, this has not been fixed. Why should I have any confidence that if I buy the next season pass I will actually get what I pay for? 

When I raised this with EA, they stated I was not missing any content which I had paid for, which is factually incorrect. Does anyone know how to raise this further?

    I don‘t expect any Solution to this Problem. Season Pass just seems Like a Scam

    Having a similar issue. Just got the premium pass upgrade and held 'claim all' to get all the newly unlocked rewards, but the premium rewards for the last three levels (23-25) are showing as unable to claim despite having the necessary season points. When I hover over them the requirement pop-up is showing "-2,925 SP To Unlock". Unsure how this is to resolve itself on its own so am v frustrated
