Season Pass Icons Not Working

I don‘t expect any Solution to this Problem. Season Pass just seems Like a Scam 

Having a similar issue. Just got the premium pass upgrade and held 'claim all' to get all the newly unlocked rewards, but the premium rewards for the last three levels (23-25) are showing as unable to claim despite having the necessary season points. When I hover over them the requirement pop-up is showing "-2,925 SP To Unlock". Unsure how this is to resolve itself on its own so am v frustrated

I am also experiencing the same issue.  I claimed these icons in season pass and they are not available in career mode.  We need to open a dispute if they are not willing to credit or fix what we paid for.  

Gullit, mattaus, Rooney, Torres, veron all missing or  not unlocking despite being claimed.  Rediculous they should see the number of people reporting this issue.  I have screen shots to prove it. 

I’m on PlayStation 5 and I’m experiencing the same issue but the support did nothing and whilst I was doing the restart set left the chat and now it says the issue is resolved. This is annoying because out of all ICONs and Heroes Gullit is useful for a AC Milan 90s team and Matthaus for a past and present Bayern Munchen.

Having the same issue as well. Never got Rooney from season 3. Gullit and Matthaus were locked despite earning them and now that we are in season 5 they still aren’t available!!!
