Season pass level 4 evo missing

same issue here. i claimed it but i cant find this evo. tried also to restart the game\ login from web app.
EA please fix this.

is says -2100 SP to unlock... weird bug

I also have a problem regarding chemistry, on companion app i have 33/33 full chem on console i have 32/33 it’s a bug, how can I send a ticket?

Hi there. This does appear to be just a visual issue. 

Please try playing a couple of online matches and then restarting the game. You can also log out and sign back in to help sync everything again, or restart your PC or console.

All the other ones are there in rewards and can be used.

Any ideas on how to get the evo added to my account?
