Season Pass rewards not recieved/collectable

Finally reached the end of the season pass. collected alle tge rewards yet  either Tomori nor Rogers apear in my FUT.  The rewards in the pass are also not checked despite the pass claiming it is finished. 

How can I get them? already restared and relogged multiple time to no avail.
