Season Pass

Hello EA Support,

I have a problem in EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Team. For about one and a half weeks I cannot open or see the Season Pass anymore. When I press the Season Pass button nothing loads and I cannot see the tasks or rewards.

My friends can still see it, but on my account it does not work. I already tried restarting the game but it didn’t fix the problem.

Can you please check my account and help fix the Season Pass?
