"Season Reward Claim Error"

Hello EA Sports,

I encountered a game crash when claiming my rewards after completing Season Objectives levels 39 and 40. After the game forced me to quit and I restarted, I found that I didn't receive the Season Pass reward pack from level 39, as well as the two players Rogers and Tomori from the level 40 and season rewards. However, the season rewards page now shows these as "claimed" and unavailable, and I can't find the players or the pack in my club. I've restarted the game multiple times without any success. I'm really frustrated by this issue. Could you please help me resolve it? Thank you.
