Season XP from Rivals matches

Hello,

I have experienced a recurring issue in EA FC 26 where the XP I earned from Rivals matches was shown as rewarded in-game, but it was never added to my Season Progress.

Specifically:

• I played two Rivals matches where I was supposed to receive 500 Season XP each (a total of 1,000 XP).
• After both matches, the game displayed the notification that I had earned the XP.
• However, when I checked my Season Progress, the XP was not added at all.

I have double-checked that the season is active, everything is synced correctly, and the rewards were “claimed”. The issue persists.

Could you please investigate this on my account and restore the missing 1,000 Season XP?
