Seasons bug: Player becomes unselectable and leaves the pitch

Every time I start a game in seasons one of my players starts running in slow motion and I can't even select him and he just running till he get off the field and then I just end up playing with 10 players I can't subtitle him because it tells me ("!The player is out of position and unable to use the assigned Roles and Variations.") Which I don't understand because I just started playing and I didn't get a red card or a yellow looks like it happeneds only in season I lost alot of games because of this please take a look at it fix this problem idk why I haven this.
