Showcase modes missing in UAE region on PS4

I am playing EA SPORTS FC 26 on PS4 with my PSN and EA accounts both set to the UAE region. According to EA’s announcements, players in the UAE should have access to Showcase modes such as Kick Off, Clubs, Rush, and Ultimate Team.

However, when I launch FC 26 Showcase, I only see “FC News,” “Learn to Play,” and “Upgrade.” The gameplay modes are not available at all.

I’ve already tried restarting, reinstalling, and checking updates, but nothing has worked. I also know others in the UAE are facing the same issue, so it doesn’t seem to be account-specific.

Could someone from EA confirm if this is a known issue or if there’s a workaround?
