Single player draft - black screen after halftime

Hello EA Support Team, 

I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding a recurring and extremely frustrating bug in EAFC 26 Ultimate Team (Single Player Draft mode). In my most recent Draft, I was leading 5–1 at halftime in my second game. However, when I attempted to play the second half, my screen went completely black. I could still hear background audio and was able to bring up and navigate the pause menu, but there was no gameplay video displayed. This forced me to quit the game, which not only resulted in a forfeit loss but also cost me the Draft token I had used to enter. Given the time and effort invested, this experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable, particularly with the ongoing glitches in Ultimate Team this year.

I am requesting the following

1. Restoration/compensation of my lost Draft token (since the fault was caused by a game bug, not player error).
2. A commitment that this specific issue will be investigated and patched as soon as possible to prevent future disruptions.
