Sophia Wilson SBC - did not recieve her card

I am incredibly frustrated. I submitted an SBC for a Flashback Sofia Wilson on 22nd January 7:00pm GST. I did not receive the card as I think my game glitched. I do not have the card anywhere in my club. I have reset my game and it is nowhere to be seen. I spent a lot of money, time and effort into this SBC. I have spoken to countless agents on here and no one has helped me. I have asked for my case to be referred to others and it has been closed everytime.
