EA Support Team,
I am reporting a **critical technical defect** that renders EA SPORTS FC 26 **unusable on PC**.
The game launches, reaches the main menu, and **closes automatically within seconds**.
Windows Event Viewer consistently reports:

This issue has been **fully isolated** and confirmed **not to be caused by the local system**. It persists after:
* Clean Windows 11 installation
* Secure Boot enabled
* VPN/Proxy disabled
* Antivirus and firewall disabled
* Full reinstall of EA App and Denuvo AntiCheat
* Testing on a different ISP via mobile hotspot
The persistence across **multiple networks and ISPs** confirms a **Denuvo AntiCheat backend connectivity or authentication failure**. As the AntiCheat component is mandatory, this constitutes a **blocking failure** preventing access to the product.
Please **escalate this issue to the AntiCheat / Denuvo engineering team** and confirm escalation.
