Stadium seats and crowd bugged

I am playing manager career mode as a create a team, so therefore I play in a generic stadium, Although I set the stadium colour and seats to my own colour, they appear black every time, and I cant seem to fix this. furthermore children in the crowd wear a green and red generic kit instead of my teams actual kit.

Finally, especially when it rains, my managers suit appears low resolution and glitched.
