Still 7 Subs In February On Nintendo Switch

I still have 7 Subs in February on Nintendo Switch. This was said to be fixed in many updates long ago. But I still only have 7 subs in my current manager careers, and if I create new ones. It doesn't make a difference if I use live start points or start from the beginning of the season. It also doesn't help if I use initial squads or latest squads. No matter what I do i only have a maximum of 7 people on my bench.
