Substitution bug- restrict to 3 out of 5 in FUT and Career Mode

Hello 

I'm unable to make Substitutions in Ultimate Team and Career mode despite still having substitutions available, so I'm restricted to 3 subs only. The issue was from eafc 25 and continued to eafc 26
