Substitution button BROKEN in FC 26
I paid for EA SPORTS FC 26 and encountered a game-breaking bug: the substitution button (substitution menu) does not work and the menu cannot be exited, forcing a full force-quit and lost progress. This is a core mechanic — not a cosmetic bug — and it wrecks online play and career modes.

Why this is intolerable:
This is a core gameplay mechanic. Releasing a paid product where fundamental in-match controls can lock up the game demonstrates gross negligence in QA and a reckless prioritization of shipping over basic playability. Players have paid real money for this. The problem is systemic and must be treated as high-priority. Seriously, what have EA’s developers been doing all year? It feels like the design team’s only goal is to squeeze money out of players instead of delivering a functional, polished game. Their parents will be shamed for that -- If they have! The developers 4000+ , NMSL !!!
