Team Management Freeze and Cant swap or sub players

Career mode but problem occured in the edit teams section of Customise

Hi there my problem is that I have added a player or two to a couple different teams and then started a manager career mode to where I cant move the players from the reserve or the subs into the first 11, when you try swap them itll do nothing and just stay on the player, in game it will freeze my game when I enter team management rendering it unplayable. Seems my whole game is bugged, have tried resetting squads and downloading updates to no avail. Will try to delete game and redownload it but why is this problem happening, paid £70 for this and now the whole game is unplayable and glitched like I cant move anyone from the subs or reservers onto the starting lineup and when i try ingame it will freeze me there. Please give a fix for this!

    yes this has happened to me i can’t make any gauntlet teams or tournament teams because of this

    I bought the game thinking customised club transfers and editing teams were available, but after a few transfers I have noticed that 1) either the game completely crashes in Team Sheets and I return to my desktop, or 2) I cannot move the new players around.

    From reading the thread, it is clear that this is a serious issue that was present in the previous title and now comes back again in EA Sports 26. You have the solution at hand, please apply it as soon as you can. The players have been reporting this bug since the game was released. It's December now and it still hasn't been fixed. Please kindly look into the matter or let us know that you will not fix the issue, so we can refund the game.
