Team Management not working. Cannot move players into other positions.

Whenever I try to change a position or substitute someone in team management, the game locks the player in the position. I cannot move players to the bench or the reserves, it leaves them on default. This happens whenever I load the game up, and it's really annoying and I have no solution to this.

(I saw that other players also have this problem)
