Team Sheets Not Saving in FC 26

I am experiencing an issue in EA SPORTS FC 26 on PlayStation (PS4/PS5). Whenever I make changes in **Edit Teams → Team Sheets**, the changes do not save after exiting the game, and the team reverts to the default lineup.
 
I have tried saving multiple times, but the problem persists. I’m sure this bug is from FC 26 itself and not from my account or console.
 
Other players might also face the same issue. I hope the team can fix this soon.

    This has been a problem for quite a few weeks now. It's been reported many times but there is fk all response. Nobody seems to be doing anything or care. Sad times.
