The game took coins off me for a item I didn’t buy

So I went to go buy a hunter and as you can see in the video I wasn’t quick enough but the game somehow took 8k coins off me and isn’t giving me them back? Is this how they treat their f2p gamers? I spent a couple hours doing stuff to get them coins and you just take them and then how hard is it to open a ticket??? It’s a joke
