Can confirm this issue, just wasted half a day setting up a new Manager Career mode save, only to be rendered useless after playing nine matches. In the beginning the development plans function properly; changing positions or squad roles, then after advancing three to four months every time entering into development plans for squad players or scouted youths, the game crashes back to console dashboard (Xbox Series X/S). Same nonsense that has been occurring in every EA Sports franchise game since 2021, only this time, instead of during gameplay, happens through player modification menus. Ended up terminating new career mode save, deleting all data, and uninstalling the game, there is no point continuing on, as offline career mode was the only playable game mode left in the game. EA developers took four months and ten Title Updates to fix the game crashing back to console dashboard earlier this year, would not expect a patch to fix this issue, until June or July when nobody cares about the game anymore. This organization was put on notice over a year ago that if long-standing Manager Career mode issues were not resolved and new bugs/glitches were not limited this year, that between thirty and forty percent of the customer base was going to abstain from preordering FC 27 in protest. To date, nearly every Manager Career mode problem going back to FIFA 15 has still been ignored and dozens of new issues have surfaced over the past sixteen Title Updates.
