Title: Career Mode Crash When Opening Development Plan After Progression

Same issue on Xbox Series S.

Development Plans work fine at the beginning of Career Mode, but after progressing a few in-game months, the game crashes when trying to open or modify them.

I have tried restarting the game, reinstalling it, and even starting a new save, but the problem still occurs. It seems to get worse over time and can make the save file unstable or unplayable.

This needs to be investigated, as it is seriously affecting Career Mode experience.
