TOTTI TOTY Sbc done and didn't get player?

I completed the Totti TOTY sbc and didnt receive it.   I went to unassigned items and didn't find him, i went to my club and didn't find too. SBC is completed e i didnt receive. 

I contacted support and they just say to wait. 2 million coin player, 190 players sendo to SBC. really hope they do something about it. Anyone else with the same problem>

    Hello, 

    Clear out your entire transfer list. When you have more than 100 players, it doesn’t show properly — it’s kind of hidden in there. That’s how I fixed it. Hope it helps 🙏
